Feedback from Workshops in November
We held two public gatherings in Windsor 22nd November 2017 and in Maidenhead on 28th November 2017, to explore the concept of community-led housing, and what it might look like in the borough. 20 people attended the Windsor event, and 25 in Maidenhead, with a lot of interest from others who were not able to attend.

Community led housing in the press
Thanks everyone who attended our recent workshops in Windsor on Nov 22nd and Maidenhead on Nov 28th. Both were well attended and led to some creative, positive conversations, ideas and visions for the future of housing in the borough. We are in the process of writing up the outcomes of both workshops and will circulate them here and to all participants.
For anyone who might have missed it, or for anyone who didn't but wanted to look over it again, here is a pdf of Anna's presentation from our recent events.
About the Project
Our Maidenhead workshop has been promoted in the Maidenhead Advertiser (23rd November 2017).
Two Public Events In November
This project has been funded by Windsor and Maidenhead Council, with the aim of creating a feasibility study to assess the possibility of delivering community-led affordable housing through a Community Land Trust on Council owned regeneration sites.
We are holding our first two public events around community-led housing in November 2017. These events are an opportunity for local residents to come together to tackle the issues around housing in RBWM and identify solutions that meet the needs local communities, including the idea of forming a new Community Land Trust for the area.
