Are you priced out of housing where you live?
We are seeking to work with residents and groups across RBWM to create community-led housing projects, and deliver homes that are affordable, sustainable, and meet local needs.
Over the next 6 months, we will be inviting local people and organisations to come together to explore how we can create a new Community Land Trust (CLT) to deliver more affordable housing in the Borough.
If you are being priced out of the area, if you want to live in a stronger community, a more energy efficient home, or if you want to build your own home, sign up to help create community-led housing in RBWM.
This project has been funded by The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council through the Community Housing Fund.
What is Community-Led Housing?
There are lots of ways to get involved right now. All of them will help demonstrate the need for affordable housing and the demand for community-led solutions.
We are running two workshops in Windsor and Maidenhead where we can start the process of learning, sharing, and creating change, see below for details.
Take the survey
Help us build a picture of housing need and the demand for community-led solutions to the housing crisis in the borough. The survey will take just 10 minutes and help us build invaluable evidence to support the project, create policy recommendations for RBWM Council and understand how best we can work together to support a Community Land Trust for RBWM.
